To gain and/or retain flexibility stretching should be a part of your daily routine. On this page you will find some stretching exercises that you can do at home on your own time to gain flexibility, as well as in the Dojo to warm up before class. Daily stretching will not only help with your Martial Arts training but can also help prevent injuries in our daily Lives.
The "Everyday" stretch routine takes approximately 8 minutes, the "Martial Arts" stretch routine takes approximately 7 minutes.
